How do I get notified when my account is activated?

Once you have decided to open an account with RKSV, you will go through our simple account opening procedure. However, we frequently get one simple question: how do I know when my account is activated?
There are 3 different modes of communication you will receive from RKSV once your account is activated:
  1. You will receive two separate emails from RKSV as soon as your account is opened. One contains your login credentials and the other contains other valuable information, such as installation instructions
  2. You will receive an SMS on your registered number. So in case you do not check your emails, you will still be notified!
  3. An RKSV executive will give you a welcome call to help you out.

The three ways you get notified when your account is activated

Let’s go through all the steps after  your account is opened which will give you a good idea on how you get notified when your account is activated.

  1. Once your account is activated, you receive an email from RKSV which would contain your backoffice login details ( This is send to your registered email id.
  2. You will also receive the NEST/NOW login credentials within 24 hours of receiving your backoffice details.
  3. You will also receive an SMS stating “Dear Customer, Welcome to RKSV! Your account is now open and ready for trading. Check your email for login details. Your TPIN for Call and Trade is 1234.”
  4. The first email received would have the procedure to install your software. You can do the same or incase you need assistance you can reply to that email/ contact us over phone for assistance and our technical team will assist you.
  5. You can login to your backoffice and check if your profile, bank details and plan information are correct.
  6. If all the information is correct then you can transfer funds and then begin trading.
  7. You will also receive a welcome call from our team for assistance.

What if I have more questions?

Simple- just give us a call, shoot us an email or contact us via our ticketing system and we’ll answer any question you have. The activation of the account is a fairly simple process and due to the fact that we email, SMS and call you- you can be rest assured that you will be notified about the activation of your account.
